Beta terms

Beta Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of MrAnalytics during beta, including website monitoring, instant checks, analytics, notifications, status pages, API tools, and related beta features.

Effective date: January 1, 2026

By creating an account, using the service, calling the API, or running a public instant check, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use MrAnalytics.

1. Beta Service

MrAnalytics is currently offered as a beta service. Features may change, break, be limited, or be removed. We may add or remove beta users, usage limits, regions, integrations, API endpoints, data retention rules, or monitoring behavior while we improve the product.

We try to keep the service reliable, but beta access is provided for testing and early use. Do not rely on MrAnalytics as your only alerting, incident response, compliance, security, or business-critical monitoring system.

2. What MrAnalytics Does

MrAnalytics provides tools for website and service monitoring, HTTP checks, ping checks, SSL and domain checks, uptime views, response-time history, public status pages, notifications, analytics, and API access.

Monitoring results are informational. A result may be affected by worker availability, regional routing, DNS, CDN behavior, firewalls, third-party providers, network conditions, configuration, or temporary service issues.

3. Accounts And Access

You are responsible for your account, credentials, API keys, and anything done through your account. Keep passwords, sessions, and API keys secure. If you believe your account or API key has been compromised, contact us promptly.

We may require website verification before enabling some monitoring, analytics, API, notification, or workspace features.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use MrAnalytics only for lawful purposes and only for websites, domains, services, systems, or assets that you own, operate, administer, or are otherwise authorized to test.

You must not:

  • use MrAnalytics to attack, scan, overload, disrupt, or abuse third-party systems;
  • use the service for spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, scraping abuse, or fraudulent activity;
  • bypass rate limits, quotas, authentication, verification, or access controls;
  • interfere with MrAnalytics workers, APIs, infrastructure, users, or data;
  • submit illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content;
  • use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk, violates these Terms, or harms the service or others.

5. Public Status Pages And Shared Content

If you create public status pages or publish content through MrAnalytics, you are responsible for that content. Do not publish confidential, misleading, unlawful, or third-party content unless you have the right to do so.

You retain ownership of content you publish through MrAnalytics, but you grant us the rights needed to host, display, transmit, modify for formatting, and distribute that content as part of operating the service.

We may remove or disable content that violates these Terms or creates legal, security, operational, or abuse risk.

6. Notifications And Integrations

MrAnalytics may send notifications through web inbox, email, Telegram, Discord, webhooks, or other integrations. Delivery is not guaranteed. Third-party integrations may fail, change, delay, rate-limit, or stop working.

You are responsible for configuring destinations correctly and ensuring recipients are authorized to receive alerts.

7. APIs And Rate Limits

API access is subject to authentication, quotas, and rate limits. We may change API routes, request and response formats, limits, or access requirements during beta.

Do not use automation to bypass limits or create excessive load.

8. Data And Privacy

MrAnalytics stores account information, website configuration, monitoring targets, probe results, incidents, analytics data, notification settings, API usage, and related operational logs as needed to provide, secure, debug, maintain, and improve the service.

Beta data may be corrected, deleted, migrated, backfilled, or reset during development, testing, operational maintenance, or abuse prevention. You should not treat beta data as a permanent archive.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, notices, consents, and legal basis for any domains, URLs, analytics scripts, webhooks, notification destinations, or third-party data you use with MrAnalytics.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service, but no service is perfectly secure. You are responsible for securing your account, API keys, endpoints, and monitored systems.

Do not submit passwords, secrets, private keys, tokens, or sensitive personal data into monitor names, URLs, paths, status page content, contact forms, or other fields unless the product specifically asks for them.

10. Sponsorships And Free Access

Some users may receive free, sponsored, promotional, or beta access. Sponsored or free access may be changed, limited, paused, or ended at our discretion, especially during beta.

If any sponsored access is described as "lifetime", "lifetime" means the lifetime of the sponsored access program or the MrAnalytics service, subject to these Terms, abuse limits, technical limits, beta limitations, and continued eligibility.

11. Fees

If paid plans are introduced, pricing, limits, renewal terms, and cancellation rules will be shown separately. Beta, sponsored, or free access does not guarantee future free access.

12. Third-Party Services

MrAnalytics may rely on third-party infrastructure, networks, workers, email providers, messaging providers, DNS, hosting, analytics, or security services. We are not responsible for third-party services or their actions, outages, terms, or policies.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.

Monitoring, analytics, SSL, domain, and status results may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.

14. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MrAnalytics and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or service outages.

During beta, our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the previous 3 months or USD $100.

15. Termination

You may stop using MrAnalytics at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, caused abuse, or if we need to protect the service or other users.

After suspension or termination, we may delete or disable monitors, status pages, API keys, notification settings, analytics data, probe history, incidents, logs, and related data, subject to backup, legal, security, and abuse-prevention retention.

16. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms during beta. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Contact
